Doug was was great with explaining the step by step process along with reassuring me that my car was in great hands with them. As my car had minor damage I got an estimate inspection on a Friday, dropped off that Monday was given an estimated pick up date farther out, but got a call 3 days later that my car was ready for pick up.These guys are great.Definitely would recommend to my family and friends.

The employees were great to deal with. The fix took a very long time due to long response times from keeper and shipping delays, but Crash Chpions had no control over that.
