I called Craig just after the accident happen. I was upset the adjuster wanted to solely go off pictures I had taken. He assured me it is routine and it’s not the bottom line. I waited 3-4 to get fixed. So smooth… I drop my car at body shop, rental place picked me up, got handed the keys to rental and off I went! Same after car was ready to pick up, smooth transactions. Looks great!
