I have used this location a few times for car repair and from Jen at the front desk to every person who called me or aided me in some way (including helping me to transfer a load of groceries from the rental to my own car), were professional, but also joyful and funny. Those are the nice added touches that are a rare gift!

Jeniffer was amazing. She definitely needs a raise. My car got hit couple weeks before my due date and I just gave birth to my first baby. She made me feel reassure that everything will be okay. She kept me posted and I called many times. She was always patient and attentive. Thank you Jeniffer. Very professional and thank you for making me feel better about my car situation. Also she needs a new computer lol.

I’ve never been to any car place where everyone was so nice and ready to help. My car was taken in immediately, repaired as quickly as possible, I got constant updates and it looks brand new. They made a stressful situation for me very easy and I appreciate that.

They were sooo easy & pleasant to work with, & would highly recommended Crash Champions for any repairs needed— even though it was a very small repair, they made it easy for me. They get an A+. Betty

I brought my car in after an accident. The body work was top notch and looked even more beautiful than before it was in the accident! Jennifer was 1000% accommodating. She kept me up to date on the progress of the repair, answered every question I had, returned my calls promptly and did it all with a smile and kind demeanor. Bob was great also. He made sure I was totally satisfied before taking the car off the lot. I would highly recommend Crash Champions!
