Bumper has a gap in 2 places and fender wasn’t sanded before paint was applied. Chips in paint were not sanded so there’s deep divots in the paint on wheel well. Took wrap off my car and didn’t replace it or reimburse for replacement. Curbed both passenger side wheels and didn’t say anything to me.

I can’t say enough good things about them. Am 64years old n never had an accident before(this one was NOT MY FAULT!🤣) but they took great care of my car. It looks perfect! I would highly recommend them . VERY HONEST!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Crash Champions, and especially Roxanne. From the very beginning, she treated us like family. She was always responsive, transparent, and proactive in keeping us informed throughout the repair process. Even when there were delays outside of her control, she communicated honestly and made sure we always knew what was happening and what to expect. After an accident, the repair process can be stressful and disruptive, but Roxanne made it as smooth and painless as possible. She coordinated everything professionally, worked hard to get the repairs completed as quickly as possible, and minimized the impact on our family’s day-to-day life. It was clear she genuinely cared about doing the job right, not just fixing the vehicle, but taking care of her customers. The quality of the repairs was excellent, and the level of customer service exceeded my expectations. Employees like Roxanne are the reason people come back and recommend a business to others.
