When I initially went to pick up the vehicle, they had not fixed it properly. They kept my car for extra time to complete the needed repairs. When I came back the second time, the repairs were fixed, but I found additional issues, and was told some parts were replaced, that upon reflection, were not actually replaced and was just painted over. Plus some of the actual new parts had dents and scratches. I eventually just said to give me my vehicle and left because I didnt want them to keep it longer.

My issues were never resolved and my vehicle is still doing the same thing that prompted me to take it to your shop. You need to find a resolution to this problem, especially after working on someone's vehicle then something else came as a result of your work.

Although the incident has weighed and still weighs heavy on my chest to accept what has happened to my car, i know deep down a part of me was shocked to see as if nothing ever happened when getting my car back. The amount of work and detailed things i didn’t even think of like the recalibration of the sensors or making sure they work properly, the new door, paint job all the work that was put into makes it look like nothing ever happened, and i’m glad i was able to choose this place especially at this location, makes me feel like I can go back (hopefully not haha) but if i did need to, i would go back here without a doubt. I appreciate the work everyone has done, and this place truly transformed what i would say a bad experience into something positive. Again Admir and Chrissy were super nice and reassuring and just their positive attitude allowed me to have hope in this experience.

Everything was done to perfection all the way from the beginning with the work that the front desk did to make sure our rental was set up and all the timing was met to our satisfaction. The repair work was top-notch and I highly recommend other people. try you guys out.

From intake with Christy, inspection and repair estimate by Charlie to repairs by the shop technician who completed my repairs (name unknown as I did not meet that person) , I could not be more satisfied. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and did everything they could to make my repair experience very easy.
