I drove the car home yesterday morning and didn’t fine it off the apartment until 5:30pm to go pick up my daughter from daycare. When I can out I saw there’s a line running from the repair area that crash champions fixed up towards the middle of my drivers side windshield. But by that time you were already closed so I couldn’t bring the car back. I left a voice mail. Your repair somehow started a hairline fracture from the bottom left of the windshield up to where I’m looking as the driver. And no, this was not caused by a chip or anything as you’ll see there are no dots or dings along the long crack line in my windshield. So I need crash champions to replace my windshield.

Everyone at Crash Champions on Old St Augustine Rd. was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use them again, if the need arises.

Customer service was excellent… Friendly and professional. Timeline from start to finish was comparatively short. Repairs were good. The only minor issues were the paint job, which was a little sloppy and a malfunctioning trunk sensor. The first was taken care of and am waiting for the trunk sensor to come in.

The quickness of the repair was incredible and the work was clean and professional. The staff were kind, efficient, and their communication from start to finish made this experience the best I’ve encountered within any business. Extra perk was having my car washed and vacuumed. Job was done in time,exactly as was promised. The team at the Old st. AUGUSTINE str location is great:real professionals who definitely enjoying their work. Front desk tech .Madison was absolutely amazing-she was providing me with all the updates during repair process ,I was notified when parts were delivered and how the process of repairs was getting progress. Tech. Koi was great-i stopped by Saturday to check about my car and he was extremely busy due to being along at the office with bunch of customers arrived same time: he was handling absolutely great,without any stress was able to provide good customer service to all the people at the facility. Sorry if I misspelled names. Great team,definetly will recommend to my friends.

The did an excellent job fixing my rear bumper. They even fixed a portion of my front bumper for free. They didn’t have to do that but they listened to my concern. They quoted me on how much it would be to fix. Then they went ahead and went the extra mile. I would recommend them to anyone.
