Outstanding customer service and repair. No sign of paint being applied as it blended in perfectly. It is worth mentioning that change left in a cup holder was not touched demonstrating the ingredity of the employees.

From having to bring back the rental car after already meeting with the manager and being a day late to leave on a trip because of that to then having them tell me I had to bring a check the moment I walked in to pick up my car. Also being called 10 times in a row, getting calls with no message left . Getting a 1st time text that they had contacted me many times but that was the first. Best part, getting my car back, the fender was already coming off. And the sensor cap as well. Let me know how you'd feel about all that.

Angel was great, no one else should be allowed to talk to customers from there. Maybe she can train the managers how to communicate with customers. I can only imagine how they communicate to their staff.

On a scale of 1 to 10 you are way off the charts! I’ve never been so impressed with a business in my 75 years of life! Your communication and updates were beyond belief! Every step of the way I received a text update. Workmanship was superb and completed in a very timely manner. Staff were professional and very easy to deal with. I would like to especially acknowledge the sweet young lady at the front desk of the St Augustine location. She went above and beyond anything you could desire in making sure I had a 5 star experience!
