The body work itself was excellent, and I was very happy with the quality of the repairs. However, after picking up my vehicle, the passenger-side window was no longer working, and the trunk would not function at all. When I dropped the vehicle off, I mentioned that the trunk was working intermittently prior to the accident, but after the repairs it stopped working completely. I brought the car back to have these issues checked, but I was told they hadn't worked on those areas, and no further assistance was provided. I was able to fix the window myself using a YouTube tutorial, but I'll have to deal with the trunk on my own. I'm disappointed with how these concerns were handled, especially because I believed the trunk repair had been discussed during a previous phone conversation and would be addressed. Overall, while the body work was great, the lack of follow-up on these issues left me dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Throughout the repair process, I was kept informed and received regular updates, which I appreciated. However, when I returned to discuss my concerns about the passenger-side window and the trunk, I was told someone would follow up with me later. Unfortunately, I never received that call, which was disappointing and left my concerns unresolved.
