The reason for a 9 is for two things. First an incorrect decal was placed on the vehicle. Not a huge deal(to my son, it's his vehicle) but attention to detail should be a priority. Secondly we were call by receptionist a few times to pick up the vehicle before it was actually finished and when asking about additional repairs she asked adjustor and vehicle was not finished. Then when we did pick up the vehicle we were called to return the vehicle for another repair. That's frustrating and luckily we were able to bring the vehicle back without missing work. I'm sure the shop is very busy but again attention to detail brings on great customer satisfaction. All of this being said so far the vehicle seems to be good.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Crash Champions in Saint Augustine was over the top excellent! The communication was amazing, the people were friendly, and the work that they did was absolutely excellent. I laughed when I picked up my car and said that I looked forward to my next accident so that I could work with these people again. In a word, my experience was PERFECT.

Repair is excellent. You can not see that there was any damage. I am extremely satisfied and impressed what a wonderful job you did. The folks working on my car are truly experts and artists. They are an asset to the company.

Great experience all around. I would have rather not gotten rear ended but the crash champion team were all so proactive, communicative, and engaged. Very thankful for the ease they made in the experience! Amy was our main point of contact and she was awesome!

Overspray was overlooked. Had to come back the next day to pick it up. Still overspray on various areas. The bumper was aftermarket and doesn’t fit well, you can tell it’s been repaired. Not sure if this was a crash champions or Allstate issue but disappointed.
