Had a hard time getting a hold of the person over the repairs and at payment my credit card was run as a credit instead of a charge so I had to make additional trips and calls to get it straightened out. Also caused some issues with my card.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had with any type of car repair shops. They were professional and friendly and speedy and accommodating. I dropped my car off and was provided with update via text of the progress which was extremely nice. They said it would prob be two weeks in the shop due to having to order parts. After my car was in the shop for 5 days I called because I was in the middle of moving that weekend and thought of what I knew was a silly question but I was desperate, I asked if my car was in decent enough condition to pick up over the weekend so I could get this move over with and then bring it back the following Monday when they opened to leave it again. I knew it was a silly question and that since they had been working on my car all week that it probably wasn’t in any shape to be driving around so I could get moved into the new house but the town was out of rental cars and I was desperate so figured it was worth a shot. And after they heard my issue they managed to finish up my car the very next day on day 6, which was a Saturday. I don’t even think they are open on Saturdays! But they came in extra early that morning to finish my car so I could pick it up. I was completely shocked at the kindness they had because you’re just not use to such compassion from people anymore unfortunately, but the ppl at this shop actually cared and it was the most kindest and most generous thing anyone has done for me in a really long time. I will never use anyone else and will always send others to this shop! Oh and when I got my car back you can’t even tell it was ever in an accident!! I’ve never had such great work on any of my vehicles before! It is perfect! They are truly wonderful!
