Everything went so wonderful!! The entire staff were so professional and friendly. They always made sure we were updated on the status of the car the entire time. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Customer Service

Everyone was wonderful, especially Lauren!! We were completely happy with her professionalism and knowledge. Her friendliness and smile was just a bonus each time we communicated with the office.

The body work looks good but, they should have more experience with electrical components. Lincoln said the radar should be replaced anytime there’s front end damage for safety. I was told it was not replaced because it wasn’t damaged. Lincoln said damage is typically internal wiring damage that cannot be seen externally. Now I have to take my car to another collision center to have checked and replaced. Possibly another week without my car.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and drop my vehicle off. The staff was nice. Communication was a little off at first but, then there was constant communication. Everything was thoroughly explained. I was pleased with the repair time and the body if the vehicle looks great. My concern was about the electrical functions and I was assured the car was taken to a Lincoln dealership and everything was working. One hour after I left, I realized the front camera is not coming out when I turn the vehicle on, a pre collision sensor blocked warning light came on, the screen is dis colored looking like a shortage or electrical Mia function almost like when a cell phone screen is cracked when using rear camera, etc. I called to inform Mario of this the next morning but Lauren said he wasn’t available and would call me back. 24 hours later, and I still didn’t receive a return call. I called Lincoln and described the problems and they said it would like the camera wasn’t replaced and if so, possibly wasn’t calibrated. They also asked if the radar was replaced. I called Mario and asked him which Lincoln dealership he took car too and he said he took to his mechanic. I reminded him he said he was equally concerned about the electrical as I was and would take to Lincoln and confirmed he took. Now he’s saying he didn’t. Lincoln dealership said radar should be replaced anytime there’s front end damage for safety. The damage is typically internal wiring and cannot be seen externally. Mario confirmed it was not replaced because he didn’t it see any damage. Now I have to take to another collision center in Georgia to make sure everything is working properly.

My Experience

Letting me see the diagnosis chart for the electrical system so I can use that information for the dealer, is extremely helpful. Plus let me keep extra stuff that came with the new bed!

I would not recommend this repair facility to anyone based on the time and quality of the repairs to my wife’s vehicle.

Repair Quality

They had our vehicle for over 2 months did not get regular updates until we called multiple times and would never get the same information for the stage the vehicle was in during the repair process. When we finally was able to pick the vehicle up there was loose parts hanging in the driver seat missing screws and a trim part that fell off during the test drive that needs to be reinstalled that we we still have not received. Now that we have had the vehicle back for a couple of weeks we have noticed that the hood prop rod was not installed properly and fell out when try to prop the hood up. Was trying to refill washer fluid since we thought it was empty and now that we have refilled the reservoir with washer fluid it still does not work and the washer reservoir was replaced during the repair. So, quality control was not able to validate normal operations/functions of repaired components before we received our vehicle back.

Customer Service

Information was not properly shared and information that was given was not consistent from for management and office staff. Generally all conversations with repair shop was pleasant and professional it was just the information that we received was not accurate and time lines for vehicle completion changed almost every call with a different reason as to why the new delay

No calls with updates. Was told 3 days , turned into 10. Again, no one called. I called at least 4 times for updates and was told someone would call me back. Not one call to me. Not one.

The quality of the repair isn’t the problem, it was the process more than anything. My car was at the shop for nearly a month for a repair that upon initial review was told it would likely only take about a week. I do understand things happen, and there was a holiday but I was very frustrated at the fact that I don’t think even one time I received a phone call from the repair shop in regards to anything about my repair. Every update I received was because I called in and asked. My car was driveable prior to dropping it off, which is why I was happy to go get it checked out and parts ordered prior to dropping it off to minimize the amount of time I would be without my car, but that seemed to not be worthwhile. During the process some additional parts needed to be ordered which would caused a significant delay in the job and again, no phone call to inform me, I found out days later when I called to check on the status of the repair. On the day that I was told my car would be ready (via phone call and a text) I called 3 or 4 times before driving down there and no one answered the phone nor is there a way for me to leave a voicemail. Upon arriving I was informed that my car had been taken to a different shop to have the muffler put on and they did not know when it would be complete. Not entirely sure why a muffler replacement was subbed out when they’re not welded in and simply require a few bolts to replace but again this delay wasn’t communicated so I wasted about an hour driving down to pick up my car that wasn’t ready so I was delayed….again. If memory serves my car sat at the muffler shop for 2-3 days before it was returned to the shop and then I was able to go pick it up. All of this headache led to just shy of a month long repair to fix a muffler, piece of plastic trim on the lift gate, and a bumper which blows my mind at how long this took. It led to me spending a little over $700 out of pocket on a rental, and when I picked my car up the individual in charge of my repair process told me she would talk to her manager and see if they would be willing to offer any compensation to offset this cost but shockingly I’ve not heard a word from them for or against the assistance. My expectations were much higher based on the reviews I read online but, god forbid, should I find myself in need of repairs due to an accident again I would most likely not use this shop again, nor would I recommend anyone I know use it.
