Just a comment on the repair quality. The repair itself seems fine though I am no expert. It is all the other aspects of my experience that has squelched my satisfaction with Crash Champions St. Augustine.

If keeping your customers in the dark about what has happened to their car while in the care of this business, then you win the prize. Unfortunately, this is what I experienced. I was never informed that my battery died while in your care. I was never informed that the person who was charging my less than my 1 1/2 year old battery did not know the procedure for charging a Lexus RX350H battery. In turn, upon doing this, shorted out the Fusable Link. Without my knowledge, they replaced my battery and attempted to replace the part called a Fusable Link. When they tried to replace this part (without my knowledge), they realized that they did not have the mechanical knowledge to do so. This is when they flat bedded my car to Lexus of Jacksonville. I did not find all this out from Crash Champions though. Once it was in the hands of Lexus and through speaking to the Service Advisor, that is when I found out the truth of what had happened to my car. I was told numerous times that my car was on schedule for pickup, promised that it would be completed over and over. No one ever told me the mechanical problems was the reason my car was being delayed in returning it to me. Your manager, Dave, wanted an award for retrieving parts ( in his words he had to drive all the way to Lexus of Jax) that they themselves damaged. Another one of his famous statements to me was "Well you are the one who crashed your car". Just an appalling way to treat a customer who had recently been in an accident.

The vehicle was obviously not covered during the clear coat application, as there are clear coat overstay marks and droplets on most of the drivers side from front to back. Also, there is an apparent paint or clear coat imperfection on the gas cap (which was not supposed to be painted). Overall the car is much worse than when I brought it in. A quarter sized imperfection when it went in to half or more of the vehicle needing rework. Sloppy at best and I want it fixed.
