Stellar service!! We dealt specifically with Rafael and Alexia, both were amazing!! It took a little over a week to get our car back, and when we did, it looked better than when we bought it!! Mike was perfect throughout the whole process. He always updated me and checked in. I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on. I love the new building too - super clean and nice. I had a chance to meet Mike. He is an exceptional representative of the company. He made me comfortable with the process and did what he said he would do. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the car was returned cleaned both inside and out. Very glad the work was done there and will tell the progressive representative how pleased I am.

Very disappointed with the service at this place. We were notified on Friday at 4:15 that the car was ready only leaving 45 mins to spare to pick up car, and else they had to keep it for 3 more days due to holiday weekend. We could. Not possibly make it on time with such short notice. Got the car on the following Tuesday to discover the driver’s door handle was broken (something that was not an issue going in) so now another repair and inconvenience for me and my son to contend with. My son said that all of the safety features required resetting when he got the car back and it’s been a few days and now the car is dead! We pop the hood to look at the battery and noticed that “someone” had definitely done something with the battery at some point because the terminal cover was sticking strait up. Now the car won’t start and being that it only has 19k miles on it we know this is directly related to the repairs performed at this place. I never have had such dealing like this before and question every aspect of the workmanship. Now we have to deal with more time and loss of vehicle because of this. I would not recommend this repair shop for my worst enemy.
