Upon picking up my car, Side panel wasn’t a tight fit. I think this should have been noticed before I came. They said a new bracket will be ordered to fix it. All communication through the process was good and employees are nice.

Although there was an issue with the first headlamp, they were able to get a replacement. They were helpful each time I brought it back with concerns about the headlamp. My only concern is not having a paper trail for the second headlamp replacement, which was apparently approved by a Mark at Progressive, which I'm currently trying to get. Other than that, all the staff were exceptional, and the repair work looks good.
