They were very informative, updated me most of the time. But didn't tell me about the changes of the bill. They realized they needed to change the rim of one the tires. I wouldn't of known if I didn't call about pick up time.

My experience with Crash Champions was great. Everything was quick but thorough. From getting the initial appointment set, estimating, repairs, and pickup was a total of 3 days. Granted, there were a few door dings, new wheel well trim, and touch ups but my previous experience at other collision shops, with similar repairs, took weeks. Jill was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She also kept in constant contact and updated me every step of the way. Other employees who would walk by would approach me as well and ask if I need anything rather than walk by. Everyone seems to be on the same mission.
