Aside from car having sap on it upon pickup

The staff was very nice. My only drawback is why would you park a freshly painted vehicle under a tree. Upon picking up my vehicle there were leaves, flowers, and tree sap on my hood and roof. I feel my car should have been cleaned on the outside before pickup definitely after being parked under a tree with sap.

Vehicle wasn’t complete upon pick up. Had to leave at the shop to have it repaired completely
