Gianna her performance for customers service a 10, she answered questions and when I came back with my vehicle 2 days later she took it back and had her co- workers fix the problem. I wanted to share a quick update about my truck. I recently noticed some scratches on the driver’s door and hood, and I initially panicked since the vehicle is wrapped—I was worried it might be permanently damaged. Thankfully, Giavina took it to a professional, and they were able to buff out the scratches on both the hood and driver’s door. Not only that, they went ahead and buffed the entire vehicle, and it looks great now. Just wanted to keep you in the loop and let you know everything turned out much better than I expected.

When they received my car, I informed them that a fault light on the dashboard had appeared after the crash and was not there before. They assured me they would take care of it. During a status call, they told me the issue was fixed. However, when I picked up my car, the light was still on. They then told me they would contact the insurance company and fix it if approved. They should have informed me over the phone that it wasn’t actually fixed, and they should have contacted the insurance about it from the beginning before completing the repairs.
