The mechanic James who helped us and did my car did a wonderful job in fixing the damaged of my car. He explained very well to me and to my husband all the things that needed to be done and give us the time frame which we pick up my car on time. Happy and satisfied customer here. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Jeffrey Kennedy did the inspection and prepared all the paperworks and gave me a call for updates until the job was done and called me again for the final pick up of my finished car. Highly Recommended shop.

I believe there needs to be a “quality control “ after completed job since there was a “hiccup” that was not resolved and had to bring the vehicle back in to the shop,

Overall it was a great job on the repair. The only thing I thought there was a place for improvement was the date it was scheduled to be finished didn't happen. There was no communication before the planned finish date to inform me that the job was running late.

Communication could have been better regarding the extended time needed to fix my car. Also, couldve buffed and cleaned entire car instead of just one side. That's weird.
