I genuinely wish I could have provided a higher survey score. Having spent over a decade as a field representative for an insurance carrier—and having actually managed this specific location when it was a network shop under Mike's Auto Body—I know the standard of work this facility is capable of. When I chose Crash Champions for minor repairs on my brand-new Lexus, I expected a straightforward, high-quality result. Unfortunately, the workmanship fell significantly short of professional standards. I am dropping the vehicle back off this Wednesday and expect the following issues to be fully resolved: * Paint Defects: Noticeable dirt in the paint and an orange peel texture that fails to match the factory finish. * Interior Damage: Scratches on the interior lift gate caused by the technician during trim removal. * Trim & Accessory Damage: Damage to the license plate and sill trim, alongside scuffs on the newly installed rear bumper trim. * Mechanical Issue: The lift gate is now making a popping sound when operated. I am hopeful we can get these issues rectified quickly and restore the vehicle to its proper pre-loss condition.

Need to pay attention to when spraying on the rear quarter panel you watch the overspray on the wheels. This was overlooked and residue of overspray are inside the crevice of the wheel locks. I have done auto body earlier in my career and noticed this.
