Matt was excellent! Kept us informed every step of the way. We’ve unfortunately been here multiple times but they always take care of us and there’s never any issue. They even found a part for my car that was back ordered until the middle of the next month and had my car fixed within the estimated time.

I went to pick up my vehicle and they didn’t have it under my name or my mom’s name. Also, the bumper wasn’t set correctly. However George took it back and spent two more days fixing the bumper to make it right. The only complaint I have is that the rubber floor mats were dirty, they didn’t use paper protectors the second time when fixing. I took some photos but the overall the bumper came out good and the lifetime warranty helps.
