I had a great experience at Crash Champions from start to finish. The customer service truly stood out and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the front desk representative, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the process clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really set the tone for the entire experience. The team was efficient, communicative, and clearly committed to quality work and customer satisfaction. It’s not often you find a place that combines excellent service with genuine care for their customers, but Crash Champions definitely delivers. I also had a rental vehicle from enterprise and I was able to leave the vehicle with Crash Champions and they took care of it so I didn’t have to go and drop it off. It was wonderful! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing collision repair services!
