Erik and his team were wonderful from start to finish. I can’t say I meet many people who have a great attitude and are approachable on the job like Erik. I had taken my car in once before, but had the car returned back to me when there were issues with my insurance - Erik was willing to squeeze me back in before the holidays if I could get everything figured out. And guess what? He did! His ability to keep me updated, provide insight, and exhibit patience with someone like me (very limited knowledge) made the experience with having my car in the shop less stressful. The team was quick to repair, and delivered on the date they promised. My bumper and such look freakin’ amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. I feel like this is a team that works together beautifully to provide top tier customer service and deliver beautiful results.

Nicolette miller didn’t, seam very friendly and was rude we had an appointment she kept us waiting for about 15 minutes because she was on the phone but when she came out she never said thank you for waiting she just said where’s your car

I just cant say enough of how amazing and thorough EVERYONE,was from stat to finish... I appreciated the updates were spaced and timed perfectly,and were personable..
