The entire team was wonderful and very helpful. The only request that I would make is that whenever a customer calls in for an insurance repair, whoever is on the line should be able to look up two things the first to see if your specific insurance is accepted at that location in second to see if that insurance company has already sent information to another crash Champions location, whether it was accidentally or the customer misunderstood where to go.

My third time using Crash Champions and again it delivered flawless repairs and excellent customer services by James Freeman, Senior Advisor. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and superb communications throughout. They gave you a life-time Warrenty for the repairs and after the repairs, they even washed and cleaned the interior of the car before pick up. The business motto of Crash Champios is “We Believe the Difference is Teust”. Based on my experiences, they truly delivered. I highly recommend Crash Champions, Concord, CA.
