I was told my cat was ready so I drove down to get it and was then told I could not pick it up because the insurance didn't pay yet. I would have appreciated a phone call so I didn't waste my time. Then once I was finally able to pick my cat up, I got it and went home only to get another call saying I needed to bring it back because they forgot to check out the car properly to me, wasting my time yet again with another trip down to the shop.

From start to end super easy process. Even finished a day early. Told them it would be appreciated if it can be done a day early amd they made it happen. Will be getting all my work done with these guys.
