While the specific part of the car was fixed nicely, communication was ok, the damage done by them to my car for extra inconvenience after taking an entire month to fix the bumper is not enough to recommend them to anyone.

The bumper that needed to be fixed and replaced was good. It's the time and the rest of the service that stunk.

Luis was pretty good overall, though he was likely the last one to bring my car out and not notice the damage done to my window tint. Other than that he kept sending subpar bumpers back to their supplier until 4 weeks went by before they got the right one.

Susan was amazing ! She was always on top of updating me from what repairs they were doing to the arrival of the needed parts. Though the expected date of completion was not met, with Susan’s consistency in notifying me and giving me details of the repair I was still able to have uninterrupted day of work. I am highly satisfied with the Crash Champ team’s performance.
