I was promised one day told while my car was being worked on they damaged the tint and had to fix it so that delayed it another day , I still think there’s a slight indent in it, my 1000 I paid definitely wasn’t worth it. Not sure I will go back to this place again for service.

I feel pressured to respond to this survey as I haven't even had a chance to put the top down. Can't very well give an accurate response when the repair hasn't been fully tested. I'm just grateful that I have a lifetime warranty on the repair through my insurance company. I will probably go to another auto body repair shop because the best thing about Crash Champions was the customer service representative, Susan Crespo. But she didn't do the repair and the repair is what needed to be done.

The convertible top makes flapping noise when driving on freeway, like it isn't securely attached in some places. Also the headliner is loose in places inside the car.

The representative, Susan Crespo, was courteous and knowledgeable on the majority of the issue. However, I'm not sure if she ordered the exact replacement for the convertible top as she ordered the standard for the vehicle. She didn't really inspect the material quality so the new top material isn't as sturdy as what was on there before.
