I had our vehicle done at your Pittsburg location. It is my husband's hunting truck, so to say it was a mess is putting it lightly. Because it's parked outside all the time, we just wanted the roof and the hood done. The rest is out in the fields, 4 months out of a year and was not badly dented, but definitely scratched. We had been to 2 other body shops and for some reason, we never actually took it to either place. We got a reasonable estimate and decided to use your company. Nick and Teresa headed our repairs and the staff followed their lead. There are so many details that Crash Champions went over and above to repair, it's impossible to list them all. One thing was what we were told by others were moldings on the roof, they were actually self leveling products to seal the roof. Due to the fact we only had the hood and the roof done, I was beyond amazed at how the paint job got feathered into old worn out paint. Then, they buffed out the entire truck!!! You can't even tell what was fresh, and what was old because the entire truck looks like it was just painted. To say, I was impressed is putting it lightly. I usually detail the interior of the truck after every duck season, however, I was quite ill this year and couldn't do so. When they got the truck, it was rather dirty on the inside. They did not have to detail the inside, but they did. That alone was worth a million dollars to me. When I pulled up to obtain the truck, it was so perfect, I honestly did not recognize my husband's truck, it looked that good!!! Your company took the time to contact us during each stage of the repairs. The kindness, professionalism and quality of work that was done at Crash Champions in Pittsburg, far exceeds any complementary and positive words I could give you here. If all businesses conducted themselves the way your Pittsburgh location does, doing business out in the world would be a lot easier. The kudos, and thank yous, I could give these people just doesn't seem enough, so I hope your company recognizes how amazing they truly are. You are blessed to have them as employees.

My only concern is that we were quoted one price and found out it was going to cost more to repair the car. My company covered the original quote but I had to pay the difference of $300+ dollars out of my own pocket. I think the first quote should have been honored.

The original repair estimate was $5000 more than the estimate with insurance coverage. I would have liked to pay out of pocket but it was just too expensive. I also wanted to get the dings on the car door and scratched on passenger side fixed but I figured it would be way too expensive. What was completed looks amazing!
