Crash champion people are all friendly and quick in helping us. The receptionist, Julie was so friendly and efficient in giving us all information we needed. Adam, (manager) is quick in telling us what we expect. Adam is very straightforward on the information regarding the car damages. Adam texted me when the car will be done. He is beyond our expectations . My Prius damages are done nicely and on time as promised. I will give this shop and personnel an A.

When I brought the van in for an estimate to fix the hood, Charlene provided great information on what it took to repair the hood and what to look out for if I went with some other shop. She tried to see if the hood can be repaired to keep the original equipment. It turned out it should be replace since the cost is almost the same. When the job was completed, I was pleasantly surprised that the headlights were also polished and the trim on the windshield was reattached which wasn’t part of the job and the cost came in under the original estimate.
