Parts took a while to arrive because of supply issues (not your fault) which is understandable. However, updates would have been nice. I had to call the shop for updates to check the status and why there were delays.

Bumper replacement color matches, flush joints, fog lamps work, and it it attached! It is exactly what we paid for. Guess you can't fix our unfortunate driving, but thank you for the fixes!

I was accommodated in all ways and all questions I had pertaining to my insurance claim coverage for repairs and rental were provided to me in an accurate and personable manner!
