My daughter’s brand-new Tesla was repaired at this location. Very speedy and clean work! However, there was a weird sound when we got home. We bring it back to the shop and thanks to Tony, it is gone at the scene. Even though there was a little hick up, I satisfied their work and customer service. Highly recommended!

The best customer service I have received. I was extremely surprised of how well we were taken care of during this process, the communication on behalf of the staff was so welcoming and thorough. Two of my vehicles were vandalized, We dropped them off at the same company two different locations (side by side) the difference was so drastic we regretted dropping off our second vehicle at the other location. Thank you so much to the stuff that made me feel at ease, dropping off my vehicle and picking it up today. So welcoming and thorough. They didn’t just hand me a stack of documents and have me sign. I truly appreciate the communication and level of commitment they give to their customer service.

I had a really good experience with Crash Champions. Karen was very helpful throughout the whole process and kept me updated on my Tesla Model 3 repair. There were a few issues in the beginning with the cost and parts, but Karen worked with insurance team and helped get everything resolved.
