Luisana is very kind and honest service advisor I had, to be honest I ever had. She told me there was damage after repair and I really appreciated that. Most shop, would’ve lied and say there damage was already. But Luisana knew and is taking care of my even after the repair. So I’m really grateful, and she has earn my trust in the company. I look forward to the next car accident (Not really) and trust my Tesla with the team.
