I was so incredibly stressed out after someone hit my car while I was just sitting in it at a parking lot. GEICO sent me to the Crash Champions in Los Gatos, and honestly, Mike was a lifesaver. I’ve never had this level of service at a car shop before. They are super tech-savvy too—you can actually track the status of your car online, which I've never seen anywhere else. It made communication so much easier. A huge thank you to Mike for being so professional, answering all my questions, and making a bad situation so much better.🙏🏻

The mirror was probably touched causing it totally displaced and I was unable to move the mirror with electric buttons. I pushed the mirrored to fix it and it started to love again. Might have been caused by cleaning the mirrors.
