I appreciated all of the front office customer service people I dealt with including Will and Sabrina. But when I went to pick my car up, there were some areas on the hood that initially looked like bird poop. And since I was told, my car would be cleaned, I asked if those could be wiped off. But it turns out that they were some other substance like glue or some other kind of paint. So Will told me to bring the car back in next week which I will do. Also, there is one very tiny area where the repairs were made. That is already chipped. It’s very tiny, but it just seems like that area of my car should look perfect the day I pick it up. Those are my two issues. But I believe you will resolve them. Thank you.
