Lucy, the Service Advisor and Work Coordinator was EXCELLENT, in all respect. Courteous; cared not only about my car, but also about my person (I'm a War Vet, and have some physical limitations when walking, so she followed me around the waiting room, and held my hand while walking, to insure I would not fall, and sat me comfortably while waiting, etc. Thanks; Lucy.
