Sabrina was amazing. I was overwhelmed thinking it was a bigger job than it really was (previous claims person overestimated. And then told me I needed to get work done in Santa Clara.) and for that reason put off the repair. Sabrina was very knowledgeable and I was able to get everything done in one day vs 3 or 4 days which is what previous person told me. Thank you!

Sabrina was wonderful. Originally had a weird situation with first appraiser (had told me damage was more extensive, and that shop moved). Showed up and Sabrina reassessed and gave me peace of mind. I was in and out quickly
