Overall I was very pleased with Crash Champions. Two other shops (G & C Novato and Barsotti San Rafael) took one look and said drivers door needs to be replaced. G & C took almost three weeks (with me calling them for status) to tell me no door for a 2006 Jaguar XK8 was available anywhere. They suggested I look for one. That is when I came to you folks. The door was fixed just fine - it didn't need to be replaced. Thousands of dollars and who knows how much more time was saved. I really appreciate it !! Other than better communication, I would have no reservations about recommending you.

Jaguar hood ornament was replaced off-center and needs to be redone. Otherwise, very satisfied with the repair.

I was told that progress updates would be made Tuesday and Thursday. That didn't happen, and I had to call after seven calendar days to get an update. Generally, the shop is very busy. The counter service and intake for initial estimate and then car drop off was good considering how much was going on each time I was there.

Took an exceptionally long time to get necessary parts, but that's not the fault of Crash Champions. Took repeated calls to get updates, but I believe some of the key staff were ill.
