Mike Yerby did a great job explaining the process at the beginning and keeping me informed. Cindy Ellis was efficient, pleasant and helpful with paperwork. My car looks great and it was repaired ahead of schedule. We had used this body shop before it was bought by Crash Champions and been very satisfied. The name Crash Champuons does not inspire confidence for me, but I was completely satisfied with my experience.
