Only after the customer service with the female receptionist improves.

The repair work was a great experience. Tony's customer was wonderful. You'll need to hire an additional receptionist or a new one. If I had to rate her she would receive a 1. If my repairs depending on her I would never return.

Your female receptionists is awful. If this is her 1st job you'll need to hire some additional help.I have never been able to get through to Tony. Every time I call she picks up the phone and says please hold and it her returns or as soon as it rings you are placed in the holding query. This is sure way to loose business.

Anthony was great! They even fixed a few extra spots. I was not expecting them to clean my car too and on the inside ! I’m definitely coming back so they can fix some of my old scratches.

I’m not sure what role Crash Champions played in trying to fix my car but it is clear that the car had not been inspected mechanically when it is undriveable 10 minutes after I pick it up

I was halfway home when a critical message came up on my screen. There was a coolant leak that has caused the car to be undrivable. Additionally, the trunk will not open using the button inside or on the key fob. Additionally, the passenger headlight that was replaced is full of condensation. The car was cleaned but it was obviously not inspected before I picked it up.

See previous comment, car is not acceptable
