I am satisified with the quality of the work but was disappointed with some of the communication gaps and delayed repair of my vehicle due to an insurance issue and an inadvertent damage to the vehicle by a tech which was quickly addressed and repaired.

Sergio did a good job but could have been better about communicating the delays that happened with my vehicle that led to an almost 2-week duration at the center rather than the 4-5 days I was promised. That said, I appreciate Sergio's tone and customer service in attempting to resolve these issues. I also appreciate the manager Jose for his assistance, understanding, and willingness to compromise in an effort to address my complaints.
