The inability to align the parts of the front bumper was disappointing especially since it is visible. I do however appreciate the transparency regarding the misalignment.

The customer service was respectful. Though I would have appreciated more regular communication early on as initially promised. Also received confusing phone call asking when I was bringing the car after it had already been there for days.

For the most part,my experience was pretty solid. However, when I dropped my car off the trunk release button inside of my driver side door was functioning. When I picked it up after the repairs, the button no longer works. I am waiting to hear back from Crash Champions to see if they will fix the issue.
