My trunk latch was not put in properly missing the two bolts that hold the button to the trunk. It dangles and the cables are exposed each time I close the trunk. Other than that the car came out amazing I love how it looks from the behind and drive amazingly.

Customer service was great I had am issue with the spare tire not being returned but both the woman at the desk and guy working with the glasses there helped me out a lot and made sure I was given the correct tire.

The receptionist is not very approachable or friendly. Also confirmed an appointment with me 4 days prior only for me to arrive and say it was for the “next day” and the guy “was not in the shop.”Since I work and have limited availability this this means I have to wait another 7 days (next weekday off) for my repair to be 100% complete. This is after waiting 2 weeks for a decal that was on back order. No apology for the error in scheduling on her end or for wasting my time - I don’t live around the corner from Crash Champions. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
