It was tricky getting through the initial steps with the customer service between the confusing two close locations and phone numbers wrong on the website. However, kinder we got going everyone was super responsive and cool. The Latino brothers doing the repairs remind me of good honest Chicago customer service that I appreciate. Helpful and straightforward.
