My car was hit in the rear left tire and side during the accident. When I dropped my car off I mentioned how I have had to fill my tire back up every few days because it is leaking air and it’s damaged on the rims. My tire was not replaced or fixed. When I picked up my car today (after hours) the tire was at 26 psi. The rest at 38. This job was rushed and I’d like everything fixed and looked at again. I never got my supplemental estimate showing the front damage either. My deductible was $1000 and I pay GEICO a ton every month.

It's was outstanding everyone was so nice and caring and up dated me all the time and I appreciated that. I will be coming back there if I needed my car done again for sure. Plus my car was done before the date they said was so happy about that I missed my car more then you know. Plus when I picked up my car and got in it was like I was getting a brand new car again so clean unbelievable I was so excited I wish I could go there just to have my car cleaned when it needed to be cleaned again I am more then happy with there work and all. Thank you very very much I appreciate you all. You will be seeing me soon have not decided what I want to bring yet but want to give the team at Glenview a gift for there outstanding job. My vehicle was damaged on the passenger side of my car which I did not damage in my accident and was damaged due to either a joy ride to which one of your employees did or a side swipe in the parking lot of your establishment. I am very unhappy and will not be trusting crash champions again with any of my vehicles due to their messy and unprofessional service.

I am very satisfied with repair, excellent job. I just have to say i was told car will be done beginning second week and when i called to ask if the car is done they said its being painted same thing i been told end of the week of first week. When i picked my car today i been told the part had to be ordered 3x which is fine, it would be nice to be told more information why is it being delayed. I am very happy with the work. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Costumer service is excellent.
