Jacqueline and Leslie were fantastic! They quickly got me an estimate for the agreed damage, got another estimate for different damage, knew that PPF shouldn't be applied right away, explained that to the insurance, and had the car looking great by the expected date.

Somewhat out of their control, but the only thing keeping it from being a 10/10 was the change in timelines that were verbally given. Otherwise, the team has been so responsive to our concerns and did it in such a friendly manner, despite the constant phone calls from us.
