The lack of coordination between Crash Champions and enterprise rental cost us $277 by allowing us to purchase optional insurance that was not necessary because any problems would be covered by our insurance. A simple word of advice would have saved us that.

I had a great experience with your repair shop and all of the staff. Everybody was super friendly and helpful and did a great job keeping me informed on what was going on. And when I picked up my car, one of the managers was even kind enough to help me put my car seats back in and install them perfectly. I wish I remembered his name, but whatever date I picked up my car that was who helped me. If you could look that date up and my name, I would like to give a special shout out to the manager. Meghann Richko, picked up my Chrysler Pacifica on Wednesday Feb 25. It was a Mail manager, tall guy. Just wanted to extend my gratitude to him for going the extra mile!!
