I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions. They restored my Honda Civic to the way it was before the accident, even though the entire rear end was crushed. They got all the right parts, matched the paint color perfectly, and the finished repair looks like nothing ever happened. The team couldn't do enough for me throughout the process. They were professional, helpful, and made everything as easy as possible. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the work and would highly recommend Crash Champions to anyone who needs collision repair. Special shout out to Allisa who was my contact at CC. There is no one better at customer service.

Apparently getting hit by someone else comes with the exciting bonus of finding a really good body shop. Crash Champions in Carol Stream was great from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, easy to work with, and actually communicated with me--which, if you've ever dealt with insurance and car repairs, feels like a small miracle. They texted me updates throughout the entire process, so I never had to wonder if my car had been repaired, forgotten, or quietly adopted by the shop. The repair did take a little longer than originally expected because of some unforeseen circumstances involving other shops, but they kept me updated the whole time and handled everything they could on their end. Most importantly, the car came back looking great, and their repairs are backed by a lifetime warranty, so regardless of what target practice took place on your vehicle. The value seems pretty good if it's a lifetime warranty. Since someone else hit me, their insurance picked up the tab, and the whole process was surprisingly seamless. Would I use Crash Champions again? Absolutely. Would I like to get hit by another car so I have the opportunity? Absolutely not. So, hopefully I never see these wonderful people again. But if somebody decides to rearrange my vehicle for me, I know exactly where I'm taking it. Great people, great communication, great work. Terrible circumstances. Highly recommend.

There is an issue with my passenger front bumper, there's a separation. Clips are broken and was told it came in like that i say no way

Body work and paint looks good but just needed to be buffed. Had an alignment done twice and the steering wheel is more crooked than when it got hit. They didn’t straighten the wheel when doing the alignment. Not sure how it wasn’t noticed because it’s visibly crooked.
