When I received my car back the work done looked great but my trunk was unable to open. So I had to have my husband bring it back to fix it the following day.

I called multiple times and left messages with no call back! I had to have the lady at the front desk literally hand my phone and name to him to get any call back. Once I received my calls I just didn’t feel like I needed to call. They should’ve called me to tell me some sort of update
