I was disappointed in the length of time the repair took (roughly 7 weeks) and the limited input I received in that time. I had to rent a car out of pocket after the first two weeks. I called to inquire about the repair 3 times during that period to find out the expected amount of time to complete the repair. Each time, I was basically told not to worry. We’ll call you when it’s done. I did get I think 3 calls from you during that time. I was told about the supply chain problem getting a new bumper. The first 2 arrived damaged. I am satisfied with the repair and workmanship. I also wouldn’t want you to rush through a shoddy repair job. I just would have been happier if I had been keep up to date as the repair was progressing. Maybe a weekly call or email.

Overall you all did a great job and I’m pleased. I thought the color was slightly off but so so so slightly that I only notice it from certain angles and it wouldnt be worth redoing. Like I said good job overall. Thanks for getting it done quickly and making it easy

The timeline was great. The communication was great and you did a wonderful job! My only ever so slight critique would be that I felt the color of the bumper was off just a little little bit. I think my cars matte khaki could be a hard color to match and it’s so slight I don’t think anyone else could even see it unless there looking at the car at a certain angle with me pointing it out. Anyway good job.

Wrong parts added, headrest not replaced, etc. I have an appt at the Subaru dealership who crash champions farmed me out to, to fix the incorrect things. This whole experience has been awful.
