Amazing service. From the estimate, to getting my car in and out the shop in less than a week. Kevin and team were spectacular, obviously never want any vehicle accident, but that being said I will be sure to use them in the future if necessary.

I think this survey is being asked at a time that benefits crash champions ability’s to use false customer satisfaction numbers for consumers. Do you ever send out a follow up survey at a later time after receiving there car after repairs? If you do not ask again after time your satisfaction numbers are always going to be false.

Service was good but hood paint is not a match. Some hoses are loose and not secure in engine area. Windshield washer fluid was drained and not refilled
