Great experience! Megan is very knowledgeable and helped me from the very beginning when State Farm wouldn't! I will take my vehicles to them in the future though I hope I don't have to!

Still not convinced you completely understand how to treat customers. I only used crash champions because it was who at fault persons insurance worked with.

I see that service king has carried over their process of asking people for 10 ratings instead of earning them. You shouldn’t have to ask for a 10, your work should speak for itself.

I loved the texts telling me what stage my car was in. Great communication. My car looks brand new. I was very surprised to get my car back so soon. Meghan was delightful at the front desk. They cleaned my car and I felt like I was in a brand new car when I drove off the lot. Could not have been happier. Bonus…lifetime warrenty on their work. Perfect!

Repair looks overall very good. The only small issue is the new paint doesn’t exactly match but I assume as it ages they will blend together better. I don’t have a lot of experience in how paint should match after a repair but overall very well done thank you. I will gladly use crash champions again should I need another repair in the future
